Try to OC Celeron 600 labeled L038A096-0773 SL46U Malay on a SOYO 7VCA + PC133 SDRAM + NVIDIA TNT2 M64 32MB and couldn't go over 675MHz (NO BOOT). I've tried with SoftFSB v1.7 but I can't find proper *.pll file for ICS 9248CF-98 which is on my motherboard. Any solutions ??

voltage is probably your enemy. i had a simular set up at one point with a 566 cII. couldn't get it above 700 something. put it into my bx board with a msi sloket, upped the voltage to 1.85 and bam, crusing along at 850. i know some sites out there that have articles about doing something to the pins to trick it into a high default voltage. good luck
