Poll: NEED HELP!! SCSI EXPERTS!!!!

Hi, I'm in a delema. What I need is for me to be able to install my scsi cd rom, hard drive, and burner so that I can boot of of them from scratch. For example what I'm trying to do is format my hard drive (Quantum Atlas 10k) and install Windows ME fresh on it. My cd rom is a Plextor ultra-plex wide. My burner is a PlexWriter 12/4/32. Now What I'm asking is if someone can help me make a boot-up disk where i can have it install my cd rom with a formated hard drive so that i can install windows. If you don't understand what I'm tring to explain please write me and ask me any questions. Please help me!!!

you want a floopy with scsi hd and cd drivers right? why don't you just boot from cd with the install cd inside and just install from there instead?

I can't install from the cd because for some reason it would detect the cdrom and it would install from the cd. So I need the drivers to install the cd so I can install from a cd.

Try this: slap a small IDE drive in the system and insatll ME to that. Set the OS up and install the drivers for you SCSI card (if ME didn't alrealy detect it). Make sure everything works good, remove the IDE drive, make sure the BIOS is set to boot fron SCSI, and you should be good to go. This is exactly how I do it.

I think that's all I need. If you think i need something else then that will be great for your input. I don't undertand why it won't boot off of the cd. I think if I h have a bootable disk I can boot off the disk and the drivers intall. you know with the config.sys and autoexec.bat. Well if you can help me that would be great. Thank you.
