My sister is a vegetarian..... Also, she won?t use any products that have been animal tested and blah blah blah....

I hate it personally, but it's her choice. She goes out to eat somewhere with friends, family, or whoever? I guess all she's getting is a salad. I know there's been many arguments on where or what to eat. It just makes things more difficult.

I think she does it because she has nothing better to do.... or wants attention. She has health problems now, and her eating habits are defiantly not helping.

Oh yeah, she?s a vegetarian, but she hardly ever eats vegetables.

The only thing I would be concerned with vegetarians would be the lack of some vitamins and minerals found in meat, poultry, fish. You can make up for those with tofu and beans but not all vegetarians do which is just plain stupid.

Bah... there are really no vitamins in meat. There are minerals, but nothing you can't get from anything else.

The main problem with a veggie diet is protein, but if you drink soy milk and eat lots of seeds and nuts.. not only are you getting your protein, but plant-matter protein is better than animal protein.
