poll: my neighbor has their music up loud, should I blow them out of the water with my Klipsch's?

Happy 4th everyone,

as mentioned on my post, my gangster wannabe neighbor has his speakers all the way up and probably pointing out the window toward my house (probably because I can hear the hum off of the his crappy speakers. ) So what do you think? should I turn my 4.1 400watt klipsch's up to the full knob? I've never had it up that high because around half knob my house starts to shake.

Or am I being to mean, and should I just keep my music at a min.?

Edit: Thanks for your feedback everyone! He's backed off for now and his music is off... I'm playing 3rd Eye blind right now (10 days late), so should I rub it in his face with more? Say some blink 182? or should I be a sport and back it off too? Please post cause this is exciting!

stuff with heavy bass... cause that's where my speakers kick rear... right now its Sugar Ray - Falls Apart, before I had Good Charlotte - the Anthem. That's what got him really pissed off.
