She'd lose her job, but if that's evidence of how she treats all her students, it might be worth it. If it was just an isolated incident, I'd brush it aside... she may have been having a bad day.

Edit: If you do send it, prepare for some backlash from her and maybe some of her colleagues if she's a well-liked teacher for getting her in trouble.

Unfortuantly, teachers unions are too powerful. But that's good evidence that the OP has. Submit it to the school board.

Tough to tell where the problem is, we're trying to judge without any context. If the kid usually tries to bait the teacher I'd say she is somewhat justified (although she definitely went over the top) but if its a generally good student and not a problem kid she should be out on the street now if not sooner.
