Poll: MSI KT7 Turbo Limited vs. Epox 8K7A (SDR vs. DDR)

I'm building a new computer in a few weeks, and am having trouble deciding between the MSI KT7 Turbo Limited motherboard and the Epox 8K7A motherboard...the biggest difference being that the MSI board uses SDR SDRAM and the Epox board uses DDR SDRAM.

The rest of the system will be as follows:

AMD Thunderbird 1.4GHz
256MB (PC133 or PC2100, depending on mobo)
45GB 5400rpm HD
Gainward CARDEXpert GeForce3 VIVO

Anyway, does anyone think I'll see a noticeable performance increase with the DDR setup?

Also, any other suggestions would be welcomed.
