Just curious what people drink and why. I prefer 1% myself, I just think it tastes good. I usually drink skim though (I'm not too picky). Also, I heard that it is healthier to drink fattier milk like homogenized. Is this true?
Started out with 2% long ago. Then parents kind of dwindled down to 1%, and then eventually to skim. This was many year ago of course.... I've drank skim ever since.
You do know that all milk is homogenized (blended up, so the fat is evenly dispersed throughout the milk), right? I think you mean "whole milk" (which is usually about 4% fat) when you're referring to "homogenized"....
