Which is TRUE for some @ the begining day of sale. Reason for my posting is for YOU to get a look @ them BEFORE the general public. Here in NJ here if you are not the first one in the door @ CompUSA; you can forget about finding most of the freebies or hot deals. Plain OOS and u r SOL ! This is especially true on their 2 day or 1 day only deals.So that you can let me know I have place a poll in this thread. Thanks for putting these up. They help me get ready for my week-end. Summaries are nice, but you aren't always interested in what I am, so seeing the ads really help me out.

Please continue with scans. I commend you for all the effort and time it takes to scan these ads and post them.

You could be like the rest of us and wait for the deals to fall in your lap, but you take the initiative and provide us with a preview of how we will probably spend our paychecks over the weekend.

As a side note TechTV has a piece on that Yamaha 20x burner this week. Just select their
channel on Realplayer. It is supposed to be awesome for ripping music.

That Yamaha may be good for ripping but I've heard some really bad stuff about the Lightspeed series as drives on the whole.

I love the ads, great work!

One question though... could you scan all of the pages? I realize hot deals mostly pretain to computer equip., but I know many others looking for appliances right now.

Personally, I need to buy a fridge before I close on my first house in 2 weeks! I would like to know if BestBuy is extending their 18 month financing another week, or if they are going back to the 12 month plan.

Thanks a bunch!

just makin sure you all know that 20x is CAV, not CLV (ie, only burns 20x on the outter parts of the cd).

are you sure the 80GB will hold more mp3s than the 30GB? I'm a bit skeptical on that one :p

Thanks for scanning it in! i doubt you'll find anyone on the board who doesn't appreciate it.

HaVoC: from what i've seen and heard, Imation actually makes the bulk of all CDR's and just slaps other brand names on.
