what is the maximum processor speed MOBO Asus A7A266 can support? i know it supports
AMD Athlon 1.2 MHz but does it also support up to 1.4 MHz?

it will support at least up to 12.5x multiplier one 133mhz bus=1.66ghz
as for 1.4ghz the board should auto detect it, or it might need a bios upgrade, but you can always just set the system at user defined at 10.5 multiplier and 133mhz bus = 1.4ghz
