no chance in the world. He won't come back. Being a Bulls fan and living 40 minutes from Chicago, I know he would not betray a city like that. besides, he is about 50 pounds heavier now than when he was playing.

i've heard about this too

maybe it's just some scam for companies to make it big on "the return of MJ...."

i wouldn't be surprised if this was the case

I love Michael Jordan. I remember being young and watching him and the Bulls win the '91 and '92 championships...Jordan was (and still is) the man. He truely inspired me to play basketball. It was great to see him come back out of his first retirement.

It would be great to see Jordan play again, but the be realistically, why? The man has done everything and more. What's better...having him win his final championship with a last-second shot or for him to be forced into retirement because of an injury?

It's better to burn out than fade away.

Well, I did hear that Michael Jackson was working on a new album, and Janet Jackson has one almost to be released.

Kick ass, the Jackson family rocks.

why ruin the legend? his status in the nba is at almost an untouchable level right now, and if his out of shape ass came back to play for the lowly wizards, well, i guess that would only help kobe's dream to be known as the all time best in the nba. jordan was awesome but at 36-37, although he can ball up a lot of people in the nba, he's still going to have a hard time matching kobe's athleticism and energy. have you seen that new jordan commercial with mosdef's "umi said" song in the background where he walks into a gym and balls up the people in there? he looked CHUBBY. he would get balled up looking like that, and after all those years in retirement how is he going to get back his shooting touch?

That's like saying, how is that lawyer going to be able to practice law again after his retirement? He will do what he loves, and if that's playing basketball he will return. Kareem played well up until he was 43. If he doesn't return next season he never will, but I think there's not only a chance he will, but a probability.

ok, why on earth would he wnat to come back to a team that sucks, he went out on top of the world, why woudl he want to tarnish that image?

I think he just wants to start losing weight because he is out of shape, same as charles Barkley

well when jordan first got drafted to the bulls they were one of the worst franchises ever... but he chose to stay... but in theory the wizards could become a good team next season... IF mj AND barkley comes back, a few things may happen. first, chris webber and vince carter's contracts go up at the end of the season... both are considering going to another team, and if u had a chance to play with the greatest baller ever, regardless of if he got a little "chubby", which shouldn't be much of an issue since if mj does decided to come back he will be back in shape, there's a good chance that they would heavily consider playing for the wizards...

...but then again, i don't think he should come back, he's done everything, and that game winning/last jump shot he took was jus a perfect way to finish, and that 2 sec. pause that he had was freak'n awsome
