I am a big fan of Gordon Biersch. I know it is just a west coast thing, but I'm not sure if they have it up there in Oregon. The other night I was eating out and they had crap for beers in the menu, but I wanted a beer and orderd a Coors Light. Ugh, what a mistake. After I ordered I walk by the bar and see they have Gordon Biersch on tap. That pisswater Coors Light tasted even worse when I realized I could have been enjoying a tasty Gordon.
Yeah Gordon is really good!!
Mirror pond from the deschutes brewery is really great too!!!!!
Sierra pale ale is soooooo good to
Alaskan amber is pretty good also
I still enjoy paulaner from my days in Germany
I like Heineken, but we have McCormick & Schmiks micro out here and their's is pretty good. But I think I prefer microbrew to massbrew stuff. Sam Adams is decent. mmmm..... beer.....
I really don't like beer at all...I like wines, coolers and especially hard alcohol. But when forced to drink beer I won't touch anything that can't climb out of the bottle on its own, or blacker than my ex wifes soul. That leaves about 5 beers that I've ever found.
Wicked Ale (Dark)
Rogue Shakespearean Stout
Black Watch

you should try Mackeson's XXX.. that is some real dark stuff.. looks like used engine oil 😉
i love mackeson's - only one place here sells it, and its a serious dive bar, but hell, for mackeson, i think i'll go🙂
if you've never tried it, its almost like drinking liquid chocolate🙂
you guys ever heard of blue moon? i dunno where they sell it, only seen it at one bar around here... it tastes like blueberry muffins, no joke. 🙂 tasty stuff i think
I'm by no means a Beer connoisseur, but Coronas go down so smooth - and the taste is a welcome change as well. I've never tried any of the heavier beers like Guinness or Killians, but I have a feeling they're more hardcore 🙂 Wouldn't mind trying them still
