'Men vs. Women' will lead to huge generalizations and the usual amount of sexual oriented answers (mostly from the men

).
I personally think that you shouldn't make generalizations like this, but have to view it on an individual basis. Some people live a healthy life, others don't. Especially in the Western countries, your genotype doesn't really play a big role (unless you've a 'bad' gene, which will kill you before you're 30).
When it's about work, differences are mostly with construction work: females are more 'fragile' and are therefore much more suitable for less intensive physical work. This depends mostly on the individual, though, for some males have a more 'fragile' build, while other females are more sturdy build.
This is a result of the amount of 'female' and 'male' hormones produced during puberty and varies from person to person.
So for that reason, my answer must be: None of them.
