Mechanical Pencil. Regular pencils break too easily and they dont "click", unlike mechanicals.

Pilot Dr. Grip is my favorite mechanical. Tried the liquid graphite pencils and they don't erase good enough for test forms (not good enough to risk trying it).

 

mechanical if i have to use a pencil...but Pen rules over all!
