Here's the system specs:

Dual Slot 1 RioWorks mobo
(2) 650MHz P3 chips
256 MB PC100 ECC
ATi Rage 128 AIW
(2) 10/100 3Com NICs
Promise ATA100 Controller card
16x/40x Toshiba DVD-rom
20 GB Maxtor 7200/ATA133 (main OS drive)
80 GB Western Digital SE drive (files)
120 GB Western Digital SE drive (more files)

Go figure my cheap 300W Enlight psu doesn't like it. The system keeps crashing during 2003 Server installation and then when it did get into Win2k3, it would have long hangups and then crash repeatedly.

Oh well, live and learn. 300W isn't enough for this bad boy.

How much more juice do you think I will need for this thing?

I'd think about 380 quality watts would be enough. I have:

nForce2 DDR400 motherboard
Barton 2800+
2x 512MB Corsair RAM
GeForce4 Ti4200
16x DVD-ROM
40x20x48x CD-RW
60GB Maxtor
80GB maxtor
120GB Maxtor

This was on a 380 watt Antec, until recently when I bought a 420 watt TTGI. I wanted a black chassis PSU due to my case being all black and it looked better. Anyhow, the 380 never had any trouble.
