Poll: Lutefisk

Never had lutefisk, but I've had Bacalao. My mom makes it occasionally, but not that recipe. She has her own, that's been passed down. It's good, I like it. Smells terrible when it's being cooked though.. but it's worth it.

Damn, I'm gonna ask her to make some this weekend.
 
I've had lutefisk once, and it was absolutely HORRENDOUS. I used to make fun of my Norweigan roommate all the time because of that crap (he hated it too).
