**POLL** Low end/advanced, or high end/basic?

Here's a couple of exampled to explain what I mean:

Low end/advanced: Cheap watercooling (for CPU)
vs High end/basic: Expensive aircooling
Or:
High end V-brakes (for a push bike)
vs Low end disc brakes

Personally I prefer high end/basic because usually it's better, eg: cheap disc brakes suck.
Obviously it may depends, but *generally* which do you prefer?

generally the high end of basic. esp for cars. i'd rather spend the money on a loaded mazda6 than a stripped C-class.

but then the C230 coupe is cool IMO.
