I'm a pretty big anime fan, but I'm kinda picky. Cowboy Bebop is definitely my all time favorite. I like the Rurouni Kenshin OVAs, its called Samurai X in the US release. I'm not sure what series I want to buy next, maybe Trigun. I'm waiting for Street Fighter Alpha the movie to come in, I heard its pretty darn good.

anime kicks butt. Trigun is awesome. anyone who likes Trigun or Cowboy Bebop (I'm told, I havne't gotten around to it myself yet) should also see Dual!. it made by the creators of Tenchi Muyo. It's pretty cool. but they're not all out yet, not even on IRC. the best anime movies I've seen are Akira, Princess Mononoke, and Kite. I'm told Spriggan is awesome too. you non-anime fans don't know what you're missing.

Yes, I love anime. No, what is on cartoon network isn't what alot of anime is like. Try watching Perfect Blue or Serial Experiments Lain (aka: Lain) and guess how long it'll be before they show it on cartoon network

I'm very picky when it comes to anime. All my friends kept raving about Princess Mononoke; it was a decent movie (7/10), but the voice acting was terrible. I really want to see Cowboy Bebop.

I knew the "kinky" option would be popular, a lot of people were first exposed to anime with some sort of tentacle crap. Assuming all anime is like that is just like assuming all American cartoons are like CatDog!
