To be honest, your letter sounds more like a soliloquy than a letter of resignation.

A short statement saying that in your mind, the store isnt receiving the management attention that it needs would be sufficient. Stating a day by day rundown of things that happened that you werent pleased with makes you sound like a bit of a whiner.

Resignation letter should be short, sweet and to the point.
