POLL: Leaving Feedback on Ebay

I have noticed that a lot of sellers leave you feedback as soon as you pay for item.

Personally, when I sell something I wait until buyer confirms that item has arrived and deal is concluded before I leave feedback

What about you guys?

always wait. it sucks ass when you leave positive feedback on someone then they go ahead and leave negative feedback for you.

I wait until the buyer comfirms. Then, if there are any issues, I can deal with them at that time.

Exactly, it also gives the buyer a little incentive to work with you to solve any problem, instead of them just giving you a negative. Thankfully, I haven't actually had any issues, but then I don't sell very often.
