If you're trying to say something about polling, let me inform you first, they DO call cell phones. Usually our quotas fall 70 land / 30 cell.

the only reason i had a landline was for my home alarm system to dial out. I upgraded my system to a cell dialer and dumped the landline back in January...

I did pickup a majic jack thing (so I can call my cell when I cant find it )....it works pretty good with my setup ..

I had read that most with cell only tend to be younger and left leaning.

and the polling issue was a minor consideration. from what i read, ya most pollers do take that into consideration.

I think the dems deserve to lose because they're gutless wonders.

I see where you're going but modern polls do use cell phone numbers as well.

I will always keep a hardline because of the quality, reliability and 911 service knows exactly where I'm at. Something bad happens and your cell phone is useless.

Agree with spidey07 about keeping the hardline. Besides they are dirt cheap (with doing your long distance on the cell or Skype)-about $20-25 per month for home use (business lines cost an arm and a leg, but for legal reasons no attorney will rely upon cell or wireless phones, due to warrantless wiretapping concerns).

A little while back I counted up the number of phone lines I am paying for each month-it's eight. Ouch.

And I ALWAYS lie to pollsters, as outrageously as is conceivably believeable.
