i am very disapointed with abit, the kt7 imho sucks , the RMA is higher then any other board of its kind , im sure ti is a sweet board if you get a good one , but i didnt get a good one , and believe me man im hurting

i just ordered the asus a7v133 ive always heard good things about asus in the tech world but i always went with abit cause of the cmos menu (i dont like jumpers)

abit has lost my loyalty with their inferior kt7 production , so now im teting the waters with asus , i even went and replaced my server (p3500) with a asus and i like it alot 9my be6 II went bad 🙁)
next week my a7v133 should be in and we see just how good asus is 🙂

Soltek SL-75KAV. It's what I got after seeing many good reviews saying solid stability and great OC.

Currently running Duron 600 @869 using 133 MHz FSB and 6.5 multiplier. CPU temperature is 41 C, system temperature is 24 C. My $149.99 board requires changing dipswitches and jumpers to alter FSB, multiplier and voltage settings. Don't forget to change jumper J17 to 1-2 versus the default 2-3.

To use the "Red Storm" OCing from within Windows requires a BIOS update, which I don't have the courage to attempt. I'm a newbie builder, and am pleased. I find changing dipswitches and jumpers is part of the fun.
