Kingmax definitely. It's the only RAM that does 150MHZ @ CAS2 that doesn't have to overclocked, and if you get the newest revision (I believe 1.1 or 1.2, it's the latter one) it's stable with everything.

PC150s are only available in rev1.2. The review I posted earlier showed that the PC150 is capable of running CAS2 up to 154MHz.

PC133 is available in 1.0, 1.1, and 1.2, I believe all the new ones are now replaced by 1.2.

Corsair, I tried the Kingmax 150 (maybe an early revision?) and it made my system VERY unstable. It may be better now, but i'm going to remain skeptical till i see a few good posts from people that HAVE used it
