if i was at my last job i would've voted "Heck yeah! I wanna stuff a tennis ball in his pie-hole!" only change "tennis ball" to "cluster bomb"

Well my boss WAS annoying but a little over a week ago, he died.
So no.
However there IS a guy at work that IS. He has been back stabbing and bad mouthing me since he got there. He was allways sucking up to the boss trying to get MY job. And talking B/S about me to the other manager (me being one of them).
Today is going to be a GREAT day, bcause this is the day I call him on his $hit!! I've been putting up with this for almost two years. I didn't want to stir up anything, as we all have to work togather and I figured eventually he would grow out of his back stabbing ways. It hasn't happend. I don't think he even knows that I hear everything he says about me to others. (they don't like him either)
I was gonna CAN his ass last week, but the boss's family haven't decided if we can do without a full crew yet. But either way, today I drop the hammer!!!

He isn't really annoying, he's a good guy, but his management of our department is pretty crappy.. i like him, but working for him is kindof annoying at times, not BAD, just annoying.. very strange situation...

Will do. I have a feeling I'll be working by myself most of the day though. This guy is SO immature, I'm sure he'll walk out when I call him on his actions.
It kill's amazes me that this guy can act this way. He's the oldest guy there @50 and yet he act's like a little kid. Just after X-mass last year, I came into work and the boss went balistic on me for no good reason. I'm sure now that that was this guys doing as well. After that I was so upset, I was going to move out of state for another job. I actually HAD the job. But decided to stay where I am. (after the boss sorta said he was sorry and gave me a raise) I'm sure it really ticked this guy off that I didn't leave! But it changed nothing in the way he acts.
A couple of weeks back the other manager came up to me and told me the boss asked him if he thought I could do my job OK because I was SICK. This guy had told the boss "Gee Dave's really sick I don't think he should be the manager" I HAD A FRICKING COLD FOR CHRIST SAKE!!! It's not like I was fixing to drop over dead or anything! The other manager told the boss that I was the best man there, and to just dissreguard everything John (The A$$ Hole in question) had to say.
This guy will try ANYTHING to get my job!!

As some of you may know, the owner of the business died a week or so ago. Well his family has decided to sell the business, and guess who's going to buy it?

I love my "team leader". He's a rockin' dude who lets me do whatever I want and never bothers me.

I used to have a terrible boss, but then he resigned and I got his job. Eh, so I had to put up with him for a couple of years, but it worked out in the end. He went on to another job and was quickly terminated I believe -- his new employers probably wouldn't put up with his s***. Don't know where he is now and don't care.
My current supervisor is really cool, though...so lucky for me!
