Poll: ISA Server won't route POP3 and SMTP properly

At work we're using 5 rack-servers:
#1 - Web-server (Microsoft IIS 5.0)
#2 - BizTalk Server (Currently not in use)
#3 - GateWay / FireWall (Microsoft Internet Security and Accelleration Server (ISA Server))
#4 - Database Server (Microsoft SQL Server)
#5 - E-mail server (Microsoft Exchange 2000)

I'm having trouble to get the servers working properly:

The plan is to move the existing Exchange server (#3) to #5 because of that #3 has other functions; e.g.
FireWall / GateWay (Microsoft ISA Server).

After some troubling with installing Exchange Server, it seems to work now:
- #5 responds via telnet on port 110 (POP3) and port 25 (SMTP).

The problem is to make the routing pass #3 (ISA Server) when a POP3 or SMTP Request arrives.
- I have tried to set different rules in ISA Server Configuration that should (hopefully) route requests

to the right server, but it wasn't so easy :-(

Some things that really made me confused:
- When IP Packet Filtering is enabled, everything is blocked (as far as I checked)
- When I enable routing for SMTP & POP3 (under Network Configuration \ Routing), #5 (The Exchange

Server) replies to all HTTP (port 80) requests - The Web Routing (to #1) works fine when this filter is
disabled...
- When the "Deny all" (block all traffic) filter under "Access Policy" is disabled, POP3 and SMTP is
blocked. When the filter is enabled, POP3 and SMTP reaches "the old" e-mail server; #3. When was a
blocking filter allowing traffic?!?!?

Anyone can help me work it out??
- I need the POP3 & SMTP routing to #5 to work soon
