Please nobody link a map - I have a reason for this poll. And yes I know the answer.

EDIT: OK we were driving car last night at toyota dealership and salesman who had a new degree from university of alabama (say what you will) when he heard mrs. skoorb was from eastern canada asked "Like ontario?" (that's right in the middle), then when she said "Nova scotia and newfoundland" he was shocked and taken aback and said "that must be like wales almost!".

I wonder if he's ever LOOKED AT A F**KING MAP?

That's kind of a trick question. Wales that I'm familiar with is in the western part of southern England IIRC. Dunno if there's a Wales in Canada.

The only Wales I know of is a part of Great Britain. If there's on in Canada, I've never heard of My knowledge of Canada is very limited though.

Actaully, I'm 1/4 Welsh - so I wear a leek in my cap on St. Davies day. :)

Skoorb - I was reading your Edit and noticed the following, which explains everything that salesperson said:

<< Alabama >>

;)

BTW, Mrs. is from the coast? Is she from the Rock?

Some people should just shut up if they don't know what they're talking about. :)
