Yep, but I took it off, fatal error, by the end of the day, I'll have spent $3K on new living room furniture, driven ~220 miles, and moved 3 couches, 1 chair, 1 loveseat, 2 end tables.

No offense, but your lack of spending the money to buy a decent warranty with a critical server, AND your thread hijacking, overrides any assumed knowledge of computers you may have.

We run about 60% dell 40% hp servers. HP service is better, Dell build quality is better. Dell service is certainly not bad at all though, and after 5 years of working with them, I have NEVER had a problem like that on ANY server issue.
