I don't think I ever saw temps that high under load with a 2.53 @ 3.23. Iirc I got about 23 or so idle 28-29 under load. I'll write myself a note to install mbm again tonight and take some screenies.

Edit: I should have mentioned the ambient for those temps was around 70-75F

Oh, and no matter what Tom's hardware says, you CANNOT remove a P4's heatsink and it'll throttle down effectively to stay alive. I am in possession of a CPU that was used to test this claim independently (But jake was too stupid to video tape it)
