So what does this sweet red bean filling taste like? I don't think I'll ever be a fan of beans as desert. One of my cousins owns a bakery in Seoul and they serve some stuff like that. I had this ice confection thing with beans in it and it tasted okay... but I couldn't get past the idea that I was eating beans for dessert. Never mind the fact that chocolate and vanilla come from a bean. It's not the same dammit.

It's sweet and starchy and has an interesting texture. It's kinda like very sweet baked beans without the pork and sauce. It really is good. You should try it.
