I am sorry about if you guy know what Doraemon is... and Doraemon likes dorayaki... is there a relationship to that, sorry for off topic post.. just wondering.

Doraemon favorite snack is Dorayaki I believe and its why he is named DORAemon.

It's sweet and starchy and has an interesting texture. It's kinda like very sweet baked beans without the pork and sauce. It really is good. You should try it.

Maybe. There's an asian market in town and the HEB has a surprisingly large section devoted to Asian food (they even have Korean ramen type noodles).

Live on the edge man, ya gotta try new food at least once. Except REALLY way out stuff, like live octopus that wiggles down your throat. See, least this is not only dead, but also sweet tasting :)
