No, but it does require some active learning at a relatively higher degree, which is still more than a lot of folks on AT can claim.

apparently you didnt read the most recent article where shaq apologizes for what he said, and says that sometimes he makes good jokes, and other times he makes bad jokes. he said he is sorry if he offended anyone.
