This guy and girl have been dating for a few months and he won't do more then just kiss her. She wants more in the relationship, but doesn't ever go any farther. One night while watching TV together she pretends to be alseep(assumingly to see what he would do) and he rubs her breats for like 2 secs and stops.

So my question is this. If he touched her while she was alseep without know she wanted him, did he molest her?
 
Molest is an extreme word.

He definately took advantage, yes.

And what kind of weirdo needs to cop a feel on a sleeping girl?
 
Total lack of respect and class ...
It's only molestation if she woke up and realized and didn't appreciate it !
 
asleep == can't give consent

Now, if you'd have done this sort of thing together before, it would be OK,

Maybe she was trying to sleep and you ruined it with your hormone-driven groping.
 
An ex of mine actually wanted to wake up in the middle of the night to me kissing her and making out with her. but we did everything already so it was OK.
