Poll: Is it me or is the movie Industry falling apart???

I think it is. Every single movie I have seen for a long time has been pure crap. Are the producers running out of ideas??? The only 2 movies I have enjoyed recently are The Matrix and Gladiator, the rest have sucked. And I dont know about you, but dont you see too much commericials on TV proclaiming said movie to be "3 Thumbs up"
or " Hilarious" or whatever the marketing staff wants you to think of the movie. I am getting sick and tired of the movie industry's lackadaiscal efforts, and they are gonna have to do a little bit better. Anyone agree with me?? Please post your opinion!

I thought Gladiator was terrible. The Matrix is good, though.

A smaller movie that I enjoyed is, The Winslow Boy.

I hear Traffic is good, I would like to see it.
 
Gladiator was awesome, and Gone In 60 Seconds (with Nicholas Cage). Matrix - nah! But the best I've seen this year is that spooky thriller with Harrison Ford and Michelle Pfeiffer...
