Poll: Interesting DVD problem

So I went down to Costco today, picked up a copy of Reloaded and a copy of Harry Potter. for some reason one of the harry potter discs won't play in my Lite-On 16x DVD-ROM. I tried some other DVD's I have, as well as Reloaded, and they all play fine. It also plays both burned and pressed CD's. What should I do?

well the point is, the dvd probably works in most other players, but for some reason, won't even spin up in my lite-on... i'm leaning towards holding on to it, and just waiting till i phase out that dvd drive for another, probalby in 6 omnths or so.

I think they'll exchange it for the exact same item only. If you tried for another DVD they'd say no.
