i used to have a survival book that had recipies (-2 speeling?) for different bugs

the best one was a soup using fried/ground ants, so i voted ants

Ants.. no, too small, would be tough to swallow and it'd be creeapy having em crawling all down my throat.
Dung Beetle - no thanks!
Worms - Chewing would be useless, they'd just split into more lil worms and.. eww..
Crickets - YES! They'd be a good medium between crunchy and mobile. Pull the legs off and munch em down just like animal crackers.
Grasshoppers - Same deal, but they're a little bigger.

So my choice would be crickets
