Ok since I am Korean and my knowledge of Western cuisine is very limited, I apologize in advance for the probable lack of Western categories.
Suggest some type of ethnic category and I will add to the poll.

Italian. Chinese food for 23+ years pretty much wore me out on that. It's between American and Italian and I'm gonna lean towards Italian.

American. It has the broadest range of foods and styles to choose from (probably because it's ripped off from everyone else).

chinese food is pretty much most of what i've eaten for the past 20+ years. i don't see why i can't eat it fro the rest of my life like the other 1+billion chinese.

real chinese food though which is extremely broad. not your typical bastardized crap

Greek or Thai.

Or if I could just pick seafood, then prepare it in any manner, that's what I'd choose.

This was a tough one but I think I'd have to go with Italian followed closely by Mexican.

I think what people are failing to realize is that American food encompases all these foods. "American" is a melting pot of just about every culture on the planet, and our food reflects that. Choose American, and you can have the broadest range of foods to eat.

BTW, "Soul Food" would count under "American."
