I thought you said you were voting for the Nadermeister in another thread? Ah you'll change your mind again come November.

Why when it comes to rpesidential candidates does the cream of crop seem to sink to the bottom and the sludge rise to the surface? Does that not defy physics? Newton would be befuddled.

The Dub's excellent Adventure into Iraq based on shoddy Intel cherry picked to fool the American People into supporting that ill advised action makes it impossible for me to vote for him. Doesn't really matter though as I am a resident of MASS and even if I was for the Dub my vote wouldn't count because Kerry's going to get all the electoral votes from this state. I might as well write in the only Man that I believe would be up to the job, John McCain.

I hear you, Mike, but I live in a state, Pennsylvania, that will be up for grabs. Bubble Boy has got to go . . . if only so we can finally take AssCough's insane modesty towelettes off of our proud Spirit of Justice.

For over 200 years, this was not a problem amongst reasonably cultured adults. It's called classical art, and does not corrupt anyone. Then we get AssCough and his "I hope your not going let your poodle just waltz around here stark naked, Mrs Gunderson!" yahoo mentality and it's bring on the bedsheets.

Covering up Justice -- that just about says it all.

To get elected, Bush sells out to the fundie yahoos. For the modern Republican Party, that's a devil's bargain. For me, it's no bargain at all.

Perknoise, of all the problems in the world you are worried about some drapes over a semi-nude statue? The one that photographers just loved to try to get "good" shots of behind the AG. Oh well, if that is what concerns you than by all means, pick the next president over something like that. I really wouldn't expect any more from you.

So, you got panties on your poodle, fleatech? Gawd, your a tiresome old grouch. Humor free, insight free, intelligence free: fleatech, the embittered little biter.

I'm not "worried about some drapes over a semi-nude statue". I'm worried about the bizarrely repressed bozo who put them there, and the power the Patriot Act gives him.

If your thought process is so incoherent that you type your post about covering a semi-nude statue and even post a link to a story about it and than want to make belive that you were actualy talking about something else than you really need a vacation from the computer.

As for the rest of your post, typical of you and not worth responding to.

red.. the American people would have backed going into Iraq w/ out sep 11 and w/ out WMDs.

the argument "he's a d!ck" is all any president needed to give us as to why he was to finish the job the UN stopped during the first gulf war.

but i do agree with you McCain's the man.

Maybe for you but I seriously doubt that the rest would have supported it, especially with Bush as President (taking into account your premise that 9/11 didn't happen)

Could be, but i know that the majority over here on the right of Joe Lieberman wanted bush Sr. to finish the job of liberation, wanted Clinton not to put up with crap from Saddam, and wanted major retaliation for the assault on the USS Cole and the first WTC attack.

Lieberman would have been a good choice for pres, i would have jumped ships for his fiscally responsible views; i might have even jumped for Edwards and his anti-outsourcing views.

My choice, as always, is based on the issues, yesterday, today and tomorrow:
  • My Results:

    • 1. Your ideal theoretical candidate. (100%)
      2. Bush, President George W. - Republican (92%)
      3. Phillips, Howard - Constitution (36%)
      4. Kerry, Senator John, MA - Democrat (33%)
      5. Edwards, Senator John, NC - Democrat (27%)
      6. Kucinich, Rep. Dennis, OH - Democrat (17%)
      7. Dean, Gov. Howard, VT - Democrat (11%)
      8. Sharpton, Reverend Al - Democrat (6%)

Bush doesn't seem to be doing too well in this poll.

Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe Bush will lose. Maybe the American public isn't completely comatose. Maybe....

he's just under 50% nationally, that's with no in-put in politics except the Dem-primaries. he'll come back when it gets to crunch time.

even Mondale was beating Regan at this point, and we know how that turned out

Don't care much for Kerry, but Bush needs to go. The Congress is controlled by the Reps. I think I like a Dem Prez and a Rep Congress much better than what we currently have.

Buahahaha - what else do you expect here? This forum is decidedly leftist and/or hates Bush. I'm actually quite surprised at the 35% Bush is getting in this poll considering the ratio here.

Bush will win handily in November. He's going to win in Iowa this time too;):D
