Poll: Icon loyalty

[personal opinion] I think that lacking icon loyalty is a sin! When you choose an icon, you choose it to represent yourself, and when you change icons it just causes confusion on the boards. It would be almost like your best friend suddenly having a new face. All of a sudden, a little bit of trust and sense of stability is gone. [/personal opinion]

I don't think people should be criticized for changing their icons when we get a whole batch of new ones in. If there is a new icon that you think represents yourself more accurately than any of the old ones, by all means change it like GirlFriday did.

I have icon loyalty - that's because I don't like any of the other ones. now if they have tux (like on fatwallet), I would choose it: that gosh-darn cute little thing of a penguin.

The new icons don't really look like the same style as the older ones. More cartoony if that makes sense, despite ALL the icons being cartoons. Ah well.


And Killbat, you're absolutely right. GirlFriday just isn't the same without the pink hair. Konichiwa isn't the same without the demon thing. Things have changed and I don't like it!!!!!!!
