So my check for Jeopardy! finally arrived. A crisp $1000 check.
(Mind you I have no GF so it'll all be for me me me).

Note: Results may or may not presuade me to perfom said action.

Already have a 19" LCD.
Radeon can fall under new graphics card.
No real need for a laptop. Besides, if I wanted a laptop I'd get something fantastic which would mean more than $1000.

Good suggestions though.

If you have a car payment, go with that. Any investment you have will not pay as well as the interest rate on the car (probably). Student loans are cheap. The bond market is strong now but that can only last so long. Hit the stocks man, while the gettin' is still good.

D'oh forgot about taxes for a minute... perhaps I don't have quite as much to spend as I thought.
I might decide to put a huge down payment on a semi-professional DV camcorder and start an indie-film movie career...

Gotta go with the video card upgrade, surprising it's only the #2 answer on this board 😛

Might just do that with the price of the Radeon 9800pro being on sale in a few places.

Wow, you get money even though you bet all your money with the answer "Redbook" and lost it all? Interesting...

Now if only I could get on teen Jeopardy with my college ass. I'd rock all of those little buggers.

Buy the 9800 and send me the Ti4200!

/me is stuck on a Ti200 🙁.

EDIT: Though, it'd probally be best as a start to a savings account, or paying off loans/debts.

Use the $1000 to pay for the insurance cost of a prize package...ohh let's say $100 000.

Hold a neighbourhood version of "Who Wants to be a One Hundred Thousandaire"

Rig the game.

Profit.

(I know four steps instead of three...what can you do?)
