This thing could be neat to have too... the suspension looks awesome... still don't look as mean as a Hummer though

I was wondering though they call it the Equator... well they have Explorer... expedition... and Excursion... I think they should have names it Exodus. Then when they came out with it they could have an add saying "THE EXODUS IS HERE" 'The WHO'

I know I need to get a different shift at work and use my head for something else :)

Do you think for would pay me for that one :)

I'd rather take a Jeep. You can do a LOT more to modify a Jeep, and you can get it in places that a Hummer couldn't even winch into :)

Humvee all the way. (There is really no comparison between the two though.)

So chooie and blaze are the only real off-roaders here I see :) It doesnt matter if it can a 20 inch concrete wall if its too wide to fit between all the trees on the trails!

Yeh man, I'll take the hammer any Time, expecially some sweet China No4 rocks, I can almost feel it going up my arm.

Oh Hummer, not hammer. Well if Hummers weren't so bloody wide I'd take one, they leave the Jeep for dead Chassis wise - you can't beat an all wheel independent setup with upper & lower twin wishbones all round & inboard disks, oh & reduction gearing to, so the axles line up with the top of the wheels & not the centre of them, aiding ground clearance even more.

3 Hummers went on the Rubicon Trail with the Jeepers Jamboree. They were coming into camp at 1AM in the morning. Hummers can't do rock crawling, independant suspensions can't articulate like straight axles and they are too wide. Hummer are "rough road" and desert offroaders, jeeps are "we can go damn near anywhere" offroaders.

Soybomb,

I still have my old Bronco II (it has a shorter wheelbase than a jeep, and just barely wider), and I can't wait for the spring mud season :)
