POLL: HS classes regular or AP

I know what you mean. I had enough APs to get sophmore standing but since I had wanted to take a year off anyways, I decided just to take some classes and take it easy for the first year. Now that I'm a sophmore it's really starting to pick up though.

I only took one AP class in high school, physics. I managed to get college credit for my german though.

When I was in high school, the only reason I took AP courses was because I didn't want to put up with mindnumbing arses in regular classes. Good god, I remember my mistake when I took regular classes. I'd rather discuss lines from a book than remember them.

I do have a friend who did not complete HS, but went to a JC, got As, entered UC Davis and graduated with a degree in Microbiology. Just like professional athletes though, it's a rare case.
