What kind of grade do/did you get in high school, not what you're getting in college right now

What kind of high school classes did/do you take in highschool and are you a female or male?
I'm a male, taking regular courses and got lots of D's and F's.... Had to take night courses more than once..


Me not too happy about having to go to classes at night in addition to day school, parents not happy I got such a bad grades...

didn't try at all in HS, got b's and a's with the occasional c

did all honors classes, with a few ap's here and there

regretting it now in college, wish i tried in HS and took ap classes and whatnot, instead of just screwing around

Taking Biology (1 grade up.. Sophmore class, I'm a Freshman). Taking English 1 Advanced and Algebra II (2 grades up).

Got A's in all those clases, only class that I got a B+ in that I'm along with my parents and with the help of my principal are trying to get to an A-. (It's at a 89.6)

Then lay off the ATOT... ;)

APs are awesome. I got about a semester's worth of credits completed before I even started college. If you can take 'em, go for it.

Male, 9 APs, As, Bs, and a couple Cs. I got Cs in Calc AB and BC, but still got 5s on the tests.

all a's. :) all in AP and Honors classes. i did not take regular classes unless there was no honors or ap option.

seriously, HS is a joke. If you're getting C's and D's in HS, don't even bother applying for college.

College makes up for the inadequacies(sp?) of HS

I dunno man, HS was cake. I was like #16 in my class of 6-700 students. Considering I never studied, I'd say that was pretty good...all my classes except one were AP my senior year...

my ap classes didn't do jack for me. i didn't have to take one english class. the rest of the classes just gave me regular units.

it did help me get into college i suppose. =) other than that tho, not much

but he's right... high school is a breeze, a jc is a breeze also. regular universities should kick your behind into line, if you can get in.

Only took one AP, got a 5.0, but wish I took more seing as how almost every AP test you take gets you out of a full course @ college.

I was in regular courses and I got some bad grades, but it was pure laziness. I never did the work.

i dunno if you Americans have this, I'm sure u do, but I took IB (International Baccalaureate (sp?)) in HS, anyone else take that?

Yup, I did this. And I took the English and History IB test. Soo glad that I did. I passed both, but my college only accepted the English for some reason. But it equaled to me taking English 104, 105, and 106 and Writing 121 and 222. So I basically don't have to do many papers in college because of one test I took in high school :D:D:D:D

AP's are teh w00t

got 34 hours AP credit coming into college which gave me sophomore standing

Plus the fact taht I didn't have to take physics, chem, or any math at all made it better

I took a bunch of AP classes in high school.

I started LSU with 40 hours of credit. :p

I definitely recommend people to take the AP classes and tests. ALthough they suck at the time, they pay off in the long run.

now I'm sucking it up in college due to my crappy study habits. They're getting better though.

B's in my AP classes in High School. I got A's in every other class

I'm now a freshman in college. Getting A's and B's, and 1 C. Argh!! :|
