The place where I work has pretty awful climate control. The climate zones are so screwed up here it's either too hot or too cold, it's rarely ever at an "optimal" temperature in-between. I'll either be sweating or having to wear my winter jacket, hat and gloves while on the computer (not easy to use keyboard and mouse like that!)

It's becoming so annoying that I'm actually considering another job because of it...

so how's your workplace?
 
it's always freezing cold here.. and today i went into the bathroom and it was hot as an oven.... i think the vent is broken in there, cause it was cold in every other room in the building
 
Usually hot, 11 computers crammed into a small area. It was worse when the monitors were all crts but now just about everyone has a lcd.

It's hotter than hades in the cubicles, then when I have to go in the server room I freeze my testicles off.
 
It's almost always freezing here. The same floor on the other side of the building is always unbearably hot.

for a while though, it was definitely "stuffy"

i much prefer it on the colder side than the opposite. i think clearer when it is colder. when it is too warm i cant concentrate.
 
All the ladies around me claim its cold in here. And they always wear sweaters because of it. I wear short sleaved-shirts and its perfect for me.
 
SLIGHTLY cold if anything.... because right now I am comfortable but I can imagine some people being a tad cold in here.
 
All over the board. HVAC is in here every Tues and Thurs. They might as well just leave a guy in the drop ceiling. :laugh:

I prefer it a little warm to a little cold, but sometimes I'm sweating like R. Kelly at the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards, and other times my nuts are shrunken up into my stomach from the chill.
 
Feels just right. Except after lunch.. it's always colder after lunch, for some reason.. so I end up wearing my jacket for ~10 minutes or so to warm up. Besides that it's fine.

They're probably too old and are losing circulatory function; that's the way it is at my job. Old women on the upper floor demand the heat get turned up, and it roasts everyone below them. Outside temperature is coming up so inside is fine right now, but it was horrible in December and January.
 
Maybe it's because I am having a bad day today, but it is so Flippin' HOT in here today, I can't stand it. It's cold outside though...about 30deg outside...

there are too many old ladies, they complain of being cold when it is at least 82F in the building
