:POLL: How would you feel about your significant other posing nude?

An interesting discussion has emerged out of the recent thread that told the story of a husband who caught his wife having webcam sex with another man. I think it's pretty clear that most, if not all men would be outraged if they were in his shoes, and the person in question is apparently filing for divorce. But say you fould out that your boyfriend, girlfriend, husband or wife were taking nude photographs of themselves and making them available on the net for everyone to see. This wouldn't involve a relationship with any particular individual, nor a sex act. Simply fully revealing nude photographs made available to the public through, say, a newsgroup. How would you feel? What would you do? And most importantly, how does your mate feel? Ask him or her if they think they have the right to do something of this nature without your permission.

I think it depends if she started doing that before or after we met. If it was before then I might have to suck it up if I don't like it. If it was after I think is just a disrespect since she would clearly know that I oppose those things.

my ex posed semi-nude for her foster sister. I wasn't real big on the idea.

Well, I'm not much up on this type of thing in today's culture, but if it were me I wouldn't be able to trust her again. I think it would be a real crummy situation. Devorce would seem like a logical option to me.

He'd probably get rich if he did;) If he'd done it before we met no problem I guess but I wouldn't feel real good about it if he did it afterwards.

Huh??

amish

her foster sister is into photography and stuff. For clarification, they are in no way like sisters, and a few years ago 'fooled around' a little, so its nothing she's never seen...but yea she posed for her, she was nude but didn't show anything to the camera, she did this without telling me, and just showed me the pictures afterwards...oh yea, and the idiots got them developed at walmart and almost got arrested for child pornography.

i see posing nude and sending her pics out across the internet and posing nude as a job two totally seperate things. if she were to pose nude for an art class, or playboy or something like that i wouldn't mind, but not just getting nekkid pics and spreading them around the net, which btw is what i found out a girl i had been seeing did/does, sl*t that she is

Yawn.

I had tasteful, artistic black and white nudes taken after my third kid, just to celebrate my womanhood. I've shown them to all my friends. I think the only person who couldn't handle it was my mom. And I told her that she didn't have to see them, I wasn't offended by her and I hoped she wasn't offended by me.

I think the old ladies who have been posing nude for fund raising calendars ROCK! And what rocks the most about them is that they don't give a flying fig what anyone else thinks of them. :)

I have no problem with any of that Isla but would you want nude pics of yourself floating all over the web?
I dunno,it just seems like that's something special to be shared only with people you love and care about?

oh yea, she's also posed for me a few times too....probably not a good idea to piss me off like she has done so many times....it wouldn't be good to point me in the direction of spite.

Well, I haven't made them available for public consumption... but I have no problem with the little old ladies who had calendars made. My pics, like theirs, are nude but not salacious. There are no "oooh baby" faces being made, lol. No airbrushing, no silicon, no plastic surgery. Just natural nekkid human beingness.

If anyone ever saw them and had a problem with them, I'd think it was their problem and not mine. It's just my body, and I'm just a human being, like billions before me and (hopefully!) billions after.

(Photography is also a hobby of mine, so that might have something to do with my perception of this)

Yea, that was my reaction...

If it isn't to any specific person, it wouldn't bother me. Heck, if Thumper wanted to pose for Playboy, my only questions would be:

1. How much?
2. Can I watch?

:)

The only time it would bother me is if it was to someone specific. For random pics, it is her body to share if she wishes to do so. I respect her wishes completely and trust her judgement.

Good for you! I'll bet they are very sexy, far more so than much of the trash that is out there these days.

So, are we friends? ;)
Just kidding, just kidding, please don't hurt me! :D

Do you feel as if men will not respect you as much if they have seen you naked?

Maybe that is so, I don't know. I personally will respect you the same either way. :)

Mmm... That makes them all the more sexy... Natural womanly beauty is far more attractive than any plastic fakeness...

I've never taken pictures of Thumper, but we have made a few videos, just for fun. To be honest, she's far more beautiful to my eyes than any face plastic anywhere, inperfections and all...

If I was a female dating a guy, and he was getting penetrated, I might have a problem with that too! :Q

I'm thinking of getting into photography a bit after we finish getting my b/friend thru school.I was rather artsy fartsy when I wass younger. At any rate,I have no problem with nudes done in any medium, but for myself feel that viewing me in an erotic content of any sort is something reserved for somebody I love but maybe my thinking is outdated on this.
