QFT. She's supporting you and doesn't want to add another mouth. Her house=the right to question.

Heh, my parents were fine with my GF staying the night when I was still in high school. And it was pretty obvious what we were doing :)

I don't get people who can have sex with their parents a room away.

always seemed too weird to me.

tell your mom the truth, and if she has a problem with it, either stop having sex under her roof or move out.

I also agree with the others who have said that it is her right to question what is going on under her roof. Unless you are paying for rent, utilities and food like you were a stranger renting a room. Then you should feel entitled to your privacy.

you really should change the thread title to

"How would you deal with your mom asking if you had sex"

your current thread title smells of incest

Umm. how about just telling the truth? Unless you know you're doing something wrong...

And I agree I wasn't sure what to think by the title of the thread. THought your mom wanted to know about sex or to have it with you or something bad...

are you kidding me?

I'm 22 and live at home. Why? well, I just graduated college, have a VERY good paying job, but in the area I'm in it is next to impossible to buy a home fresh out of school. Granted im buying my own place in about 6-8 months when the market continues to get better...but seriously, 20 too old to be living at home? give me a break...

but at the same time, there are certain restrictions that come with living under your parents roof, chief among them being following the rules they set for their house.

LOL, what? I'm 21, currently living away from home. I moved out about a month ago, and I'm ready to go back because it's SO BAD where I live right now. Absolutely terrible.

EDIT: OMFG You quoted me? FTW!

I'm about to turn 22 and still at home. Because I'm still in school, don't make quite enough to move out (I could but it would be ugly) and my parents want me to be successful and they like me around so I'll stay for another year or 2.

On the other hand, I'd never do it in their house. Never. Partly because they don't want me to in their house - and they have every right to believe that way - and partly because my convictions would prohibit it.

I guess if your mom doesn't want you doing it in her house then either stop or move out. If she doesn't care and is just curious, then that's just plain weird. I'd go with the shampoo bottle up your butt story that someone suggested.

If you're under their roof, you live according to their rules. They can ask/do whatever they fvcking want. Don't like the question? Move out!

you don't have to "buy a home" to live somewhere else, many many people live in "apartments" when they are young/poor

some live in apartments all their lives, are you too good to live in a small apartment?

No I'm not kidding you... there is a thing called an Apartment where people without houses live till they can afford one? ever hear of it?

I've been supporting myself OUT of my parents house 100% since I was 16 years old.. dont tell me you cant cut it without your own house..

graduate of college = GET THE HELL OUTA YOUR PARENTS HOUSE and LIVE.. A child cannot start thier life and start being a valid member of society till they support themselves..

You havent left the nest yet and you're 22.. thats pathetic... do you have to ask your mommy what to wear or what your curfew is still also?

please..

That's your experience and opinion. That doesn't make it true for everyone. You're all proud of yourself for being able to support yourself since you were 16 and you have a right to be, I know it wouldn't be easy and probably nearly impossible. The advenatge to living at home till you're 23-24 is that you get a good start on life and don't have to live dirt poor for 4 years.

Some people have a hard time living with their parents. I actually enjoy being around them. I'm sorry if you couldn't stand to be at home so much you had to leave.

Has nothing to do with getting along with your parents... it has to do with youre an Adult you shouldnt be leeching off your parents at age 19+

My parents dont condone or want kids around the house after that age.. My dad was an Army Major and he gave us all the same option...

A: join the Military
B: College
C: GTFO and learn to take care of yourself...

there was no option for me my brother or sister to sit around the house and leech your parents retirement funds...

I chose Military and never have regretted my fathers wisdom..
he forced us to get our acts together and fly or sink..
which is what the real world is all about..

at least I ended up tough and smart and able to deal with what life throws at me MYSELF instead of running home to daddy and mommy..

Hello all good friends of posting place!

I think question of making residence with the father and mother is personal and makes much dependence of circumstances. I live with other male my age, but when still 22 I lives with the mother (father was steam engineer and died tragically in Pripyat long ago).

This not dishonerable. You must tell the mother the truth, though, always, I think, ok?

Your mother, she is attractive?

Hello and again all good friends.

Salutations!!!

Just tell her. The worst that could happen is she kicks you out. Not a big deal considering you're 20 and should probably be living on your own anyhow.
