Poll: How patheticly nerdy are you?

Examples of things that contribute to pathetic nerdiness:

Staying home on friday night to play Counter strike.
Making threads like this one on computer messageboards.
Never having been on a date and you're old enough to drink.
Having a calcualtor watch.
Etc....

I think that living with your girlfriend, but never touching her should be on the examples list.

Eh, I voted '6'. I have a budding social life, no girlfriend, but was told I was "cute" by a 2 girls tonight, and I know how to dress pretty well. But look at my postcount, and I run a computer business. I guess that's about right...

However, I did once write a java program to calculate the average of rolling 4d6 and dropping the lowest (summing the remaining 3), because I was curious what the average stat for a D&D character created using that method is. And of course writing a java program to calculate it is far more fun that working it out by hand.
And I wrote a Dice Rolling program in Visual Basic. Which I never used...just wrote for "fun."



I'm thinking 8-9...

I also have nearly 13,000 posts, and at one point had upwards of 30/day average.

I don't wear Linux or [H]ard OCP shirts though....nor do I have pocket protectors. I don't even crack RC5 or Seti@Home. And I only have one computer.

I think I'll settle on 9...

I'm thinking a 6. I can't say I've stayed home on Friday to play a game but I don't exactly make an effort to get out of the house. If somebody calls me up on Friday to go somewhere I will though. I haven't made a thread *like* this one. I don't have a high post count but I do post on about three message boards so...

Im gonna go with a 6. I have a gf and a social life and all that, but after a long hard day of work, aint nothing better than some counter strike or some warcraft 3. I can go out on saturday, friday is video game day for me.
