I don't recall having a BSOD with Windows 10.

I've had some programs quit working (mainly Gigabyte apps back in 2016 or so), but it never took down the PC.
 
Only when testing not quite stable OCs. Once the OC is dialed in though, I am all good.
 
Like, never, except for games that sometimes don't release the screen when they crash. And it's been a while, at that.

The easy answer there is "don't play those games."

Since fall sometime, I do occasionally have one or both of my monitors take a 3-second "nap" (goes blank, comes back up like normal) and think it's probably a recent Windows update that's doing it. My work PC does it too, and since it's a Ryzen 2700U laptop vs. my Intel/nVidia machine at home, I'm pretty sure I can't blame "crappy AMD drivers" or something.
 
Looking at the poll results, I guess I'd point out that "BSODs happen only rarely" means different things to people depending on whether their first experience with Windows was XP or Me.
