POLL: how much tax do you pay (federal + state) per month?

You need a $0- $99 option. I'm still in school (making ~$20,000 a year as a research assistant - not including bonuses like free tuition, health insurance, etc.) Universities have a special agreement with the US government that salaries of grad students aren't taxed by social security, welfare, etc. So I get about $50 a month taken out for taxes (federal + state).


And if someone pays $500 which one do we vote for?
