1 Gig here. With the Corsair CL2 512Mb PC3200 hitting $110 @ Googlegear, and 512Mb TwinMOS PC2700 selling for $45, there is no excuse to have less 🙂
 
I just recieved my 512mb crucial ddr266 that I got for $46 from hot deals, too bad I got infineon chips instead of the micron. Now have 1gb.🙂

General use home system presently 1GB.
Intending to purchase 4X512MB PC 2700 for an upcoming I865 purchase though... so the 1GB will probably only last till' the I865 hits Canada.

I saw 512, voted, then realized it was kb! :Q 😀

I have 512mb, but am debating whether to get 1gb or a Barton 2500.
