Mine is Corsair XMS Series DDR 400 / PC 3200.
2 gb (4x512)

2x512MB DDR333, generic. Runs at cas 2.5 / 333MHz. I've ran it faster and had no problems but saw too little of a performance difference to justify keeping it at that setting. It's fast enough. Also have two 80GB drives, one 2MB one 8MB... Western and Seagate. I like the 2MB Seagate more. :Q
