Used to drink tons of Gatorade, Coke, and Ocean Spray... then I noticed my stomach getting bulgier. For the past few weeks I've been drinking tons and tons of water. Along with some exercise, I'm back in shape and feel better than ever.

I drink about a isx pack of soda per day. Lactose intolerant and living in arizona kinda kill the milk-water ones. I driknk about a galon or so of juice every day too.
