Where is the "FREE" option? All of the movies are free where I live. Sure, the release date here may be a few weeks behind everybody elses, but free is free!

Payed $6 to see the Matrix: Reloaded yesterday, although matinees are cheaper I believe ($4?).

$5 is the student price at AMC...but the theater sucks and I frequently go to the Regal where they charge $8.50...

$5 matinee or $7.50 after 5pm. They also have the theater that gets the movies right after they leave the theaters. $2 for those shows.

$7.50-$8.50 I believe.

I honestly can't remember the exact price, but it's getting to the point where I'd just as soon wait for most movies to come out on DVD since I can own them forever at the same price as two adult tickets. I get a kick out of reading how such and such movie grossed X-amount of dollars now. Ticket cost inflation over the last 8 years or so has negated any claim of using that as a reputable metric. Pretty much ever year now we see one or more movies break the previous year's records (while people ironically complain about the overall quality of movies going downhill.) You think at some point people would notice that box-office gross doesn't necessarily mean culture-defining event like it did 20 or 50 years ago.

$8.50 in central FL, but I get $2 off by showing a student ID.

Edit: It's Regal Cinemas

10,04 USD = 80 swedish kroner :Q

Considering how they cramp the seats in the cinema I say 10 US is a ripoff!!! 5 would be ok but not 10 if I pay 10 then i want comfortable seats atleast like some of the old theaters have or the new built ones in other countrys like thailand are very conmfortable. :D
